Water Irrigation Audit - a video from the city of Woodbury, MN features Dan Sandor demonstrating how to conduct an irrigation audit on a home lawn.

Chase Straw will be addressing members of the Minnesota legislature on October 17, 2019 advocating for benefits to golf course superintendents who implement water conservation strategies.

Grad student James Wolfin in Star Tribune article

Graduate student James Wolfin was recently featured in a StarTribune article - Program to pay Minnesota homeowners to let their lawn go to the bees. In it, he discusses how homeowners can have lawns, but still provide nectar resources for pollinators.  His research on bee lawns is a joint project from the University of Minnesota Turfgrass Science team and the University of Minnesota Bee Lab.

Graduate student James Wolfin was recently featured in an article - Save the bees (and time and money) by creating a bee lawn - in the Washington Post.
