By Paige Boyle

Hi everyone! My name is Paige Boyle, and I am a new Postdoctoral Associate with the Turfgrass Science team. I will be working on the MSP LTER pollinator habitat project and helping with program management and science communication during my appointment.

My educational background includes a B.S. in Environmental, Soil, and Water Sciences and a M.S. degree in Horticulture, both from the University of Arkansas. I completed my Ph.D. in Ecology with a focus on turfgrass management at Utah State University and worked a couple years in the lawn industry as a consultant and research scientist before joining the UMN turfgrass program.

My research has focused on reducing inputs and adding value to turfgrass systems. I’m excited to continue growing my science communication skills, advancing sustainable turfgrass management, and working with this exceptional UMN team on some exciting research!
